The service
inkPreflight measures geometric properties of an uploaded design (line width, spacing, black density, merge risk) at a stated size and generates reports and a stencil. It is a measurement aid only. It does not predict how a tattoo will heal and does not replace the professional judgement of a tattoo artist. You are responsible for decisions made using the output.
Accounts
Provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. One person or studio per account.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Pro, Studio) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in USD; your local currency is applied at checkout.
Right of withdrawal
EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the service is delivered digitally and immediately, by starting an analysis you consent to immediate performance. Contact us through the form for refund requests; we handle them reasonably and in line with applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to use. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Gexiro Global Enterprises Ltd is not liable for tattoo outcomes or indirect damages.
